Salena Streenz

OWNER/DIRECTOR

Salena Streenz has been dancing since the age of seven. She grew up in the studio performing, competing and student teaching. She was a member of the World Famous Tyler Junior College Apache Belles 50th and 51st line performing all over Texas. After college, Salena moved to Dallas and opened her own studio in Carrollton teaching all styles of dance to all ages. Salena served as the director of the Carrollton Christian Academy Dance Team and then directed the Prestonwood Christian Academy Lionette Drill Team until a job transfer took her and her family to Southern California. During her time in California, she trained with some of the top instructors in the L.A. area and directed the Saddleback Church Dance Ministry. She performed as a soloist alongside television and music industry talents in holiday shows, charity concerts and special events. Salena taught dance in Frisco for seven years before opening All Out Dance Academy.

​Salena brings more than 39 years of dance experience and 30 years of teaching experience, as well as extensive studio management and performance company direction experience to All Out Dance Academy.

​Salena and her husband Shannon are proud parents of their two beautiful daughters Sydney and Savannah.

Abby Mitchell

OWNER

Abby Mitchell has been in the sports floor construction business for the past 20 years.  She now runs her family business, Ponder Company, Inc., which specializes in Elite Dance and Athletic flooring.  She graduated from Texas Christian University, and started out her career selling and designing commercial kitchens, where her love of construction started.  In 2002, she made the move to her family business where her father taught her everything about the company.  Ponder Company partners with Robbins Sports Flooring, who has an entire team of people that research and develop elite dance and sports flooring systems.  Her passion is protecting athletes through the surfaces that they train on.  

Abby brings more than 20 years of dance and sports flooring experience and knowledge to All Out Dance Academy. She also brings over 10 years of experience of being “Dance Mom” to the table.  Abby and her husband Ryan are proud parents of their four beautiful daughters Kaylee, Westley, Sydney and Lizzie.

Miss Savannah

Financial and Operations Coordinator/Instructor

Savannah Streenz is an alumna of All Out Dance Academy and has been dancing since the age of three. She danced competitively for 12 years, including four years with the Baylor Dance Company holding officer positions her Junior and Senior year, and also spent four years on her high school drill team holding leadership positions as Junior Lieutenant and 1st Lieutenant. With over five years of teaching experience, Savannah loves sharing her passion for dance and helping students grow in both skill and confidence. She is a 2025 Baylor University graduate with a BBA in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation and a Minor in Dance.  Savannah brings her extensive dance training in all genres, hands on experience with the formation of All Out Dance Academy and in-depth understanding of the dance studio world from a dancer, teacher, and business administration perspective.

Miss Colleen

Instructor/Assistant Director of N10SITY

Colleen's love of dance began at the age of three. She danced competitively through grade school winning numerous awards and scholarships at conventions and competitions. Colleen also participated in competitive and high school cheerleading where she served as both JV and Varsity captain. She is a Texas Tech University graduate with a BA in Dance and a BA in Advertising. In college, she was President of Dancers With Soul Hip Hop Dance Team and a member of the University Dance Company. Now, she is a Dance Teacher and Drill Team Director in Prosper ISD.

Colleen has trained extensively in jazz, hip hop, modern, ballet and tap. She loves to explore the physics of dance while staying in touch with a somatic approach. She believes dance is an important form of communication and expression and hopes to share her passion with students and the community.

Miss Colleen is such a chill,funny,fun teacher! I love her because she always makes her combos so much fun and whenever we make a mistake, she picks us back up and doesn't get mad! Instead, she knows we were trying and repeats the combination! I am so excited that she is doing our lyrical dance this year! Overall, I love Miss Colleen and I hope you love her as much as I do!

Ms. Ashley 

Instructor/Assistant Director of Performance Company

Ashley started dancing at age 3 in all classical genres and later trained with Missy Crain Dance Studios in Monroe, LA. becoming Mrs. Crain’s Assistant. She also performed as a Principal Dancer in the studio with leading roles in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Peter Pan’s Adventures in Neverland, and the Pas de Deux in Hansel and Gretel. Ashley also danced solos in Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, and Alice in Wonderland. She was a Senior Performing Company member of this Award-Winning Competition Squad and performed at The Miss Louisiana Pageant and Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. She attended many dance conventions such as Tremaine, LADF, NYCDA, Showbiz, LA Dance Magic, West Coast Dance Explosion, and was awarded a summer-long scholarship to Tremaine Dance Studios in Los Angeles, CA. and also named LA Dance Magic’s “Magic Performer”. Ashley was a soloist and Artist in Residence for Twin City Ballet Company in Monroe, LA for 8 years under the direction of Linda Lavender Ford. She danced major roles in The Nutcracker, Rudolph, Scrooge, The Messiah, Peter and the Wolf, and Don Quixote. She regularly attended the Regional Dance America Ballet Festival held all over the Southern states, performed at many of their Gala events, and won several scholarships there, including a full scholarship to Joffrey Ballet Summer Intensive Program. She was selected by Dance Magazine for a scholarship to the Craft & Choreographers Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah and was a chosen member of a performing group for the USA International Ballet Competition held in Jackson, MS. Other professional experience includes performing on CBS This Morning, Soloist and Principal Dancer for Louisiana Delta Ballet Company in Monroe, LA and Ballet Instructor for their Junior Company members. Ashley is a certified Ballet Teacher with Southern Association of Dance Masters.

Mrs.Ashley is always there for us when we need her! She always helps us learn and grow and helps us with old things also. Whenever we do something wrong, she doesn't get mad! Instead she tells us that we are doing it wrong and we learn from it! She also is a great teacher because she gives us great choreography! She is a super nice teacher and always does what's best for us. She cares and loves us and will always be there for us. She is always going to be one of the most lovable teachers. Ms. Leslie

Leslie is a native Texan and graduate of Dallas’ Skyline High School. While dancing on her high school drill team she discovered her love for performing and her passion for teaching. She has since spent the last 29 years performing and teaching dance throughout the U. S. as well as France, Germany, and Switzerland. Her dance training began at the age of 5, at Mary Lois School of Dance.  Her career has since developed into a professional career with such credits as performing for the National Football League, National Basketball Association, National Soccer League, the Major Indoor Soccer League and Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing Arts. Leslie’s involvement with professional sports began in 1990 when she was selected as one of the 36 Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders from a field of over 300. In 1991, Leslie began dancing for the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks and she continued entertaining basketball fans as a Dallas Mavs Dancer for the next five years, receiving recognition in 1996 as the Dallas Mavs Dancer of the year and Dancer with the most positive influence in 1997. Leslie joined the dance team for the Dallas Burn, Dallas’ outdoor soccer team which ultimately morphed into FC Dallas. She was the founding Co-Director of the professional dance team for the MISL Dallas Sidekicks as well as the founding Director of the NBA D-Leagues Texas Legends Dancers in Frisco, Texas.  She regularly choreographs award winning routines throughout Texas and the U. S. She often serves as a guest instructor and professional adjudicator for MA Dance, Crowd Pleasers, Spirit Celebration, Half-Time Entertainment (HTE) & Encore. Leslie has served as Director, Manager, Instructor and Cheer team Director at several studios in the area over years. Leslie has been married to her husband Scott for 25 years and resides in McKinney, Texas and is the proud mother of 22 year old daughter, Madison, and 20 year old daughter, Kennedy.

Ms. Kendra

Kendra started dancing at the age of  2 in ballet and jazz. She also took up gymnastics from age  7-13 where she competed and won awards with beam and floor being her strongest. After graduating high school she started focusing on college and Musical Theatre, which led her to move to LA to pursue entertainment. In LA, she booked her first paid job doing a theater show called “The Seven Deadly Sins”. She also did background and stand in work on numerous Disney and ABC shows.  LA is where she really began to fall in love with the style of Hip Hop. She trained weekly at International Dance Academy (IDA Hollywood) and Millennium Dance Complex, and eventually became a work study there. Kendra was in LA for 10+ years and worked as an assistant for accomplished choreographer Dana Alexa allowing her to travel to numerous countries such as Iceland, Norway, France, India, Nicaragua, Ireland, and more to assist with classes. Here in the great state of Texas, Kendra has also been blessed to assist choreographer Criscilla Anderson, getting the opportunity to work with the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders. Kendra has trained in all styles of dance but her favorite is Jazz, Jazz Funk, Hip Hop, and Contemporary. One of Kendra's favorite things about teaching at All Out has been watching all of the students continue to grow.

Ms. Audrey

CARRIE S.

Audrey attended the University of North Texas, where she got a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts majoring in Dance. Audrey has been teaching for over 10 years and has had many great experiences from dancing professionally, teaching master classes, choreographing for studios, drill teams, professional contemporary companies, as well as being a dance adjudicator for Crowd Pleasers and DanceLine. Audrey enjoys teaching, as well as choreographing for students and adults of all ages, and she truly enjoys getting to watch her students grow through their love of dance.

Ms. Tori

Tori began dancing at age 4. She danced as an officer on her middle school drill team as well as 4 years on her high school drill team and 2 years as an officer. Tori received a full dance scholarship to Ranger College, where she served as Co-captain her freshman year and Captain her sophomore year.  Tori has danced on stages in Las Vegas, Disney World, Louisiana, and New Mexico. She began her career as a choreographer in middle school, and found her passion for creating stories through music early on. 

Tori earned a degree in Elementary Education from Texas A&M Commerce, and now teaches in a local elementary school. Loving to teach children, teens, and adults gives her the opportunity to share her passion every day. Significant experience with drill team, jazz, lyrical, and contemporary prepared her to teach 3 year old to adults. She LOVES sharing her passion  of dancing with her students and believes that it’s a perfect way to express emotions. 

Tori has spent the past 10 years working with competitive soloists, duos, small groups and large groups. Watching her students grow as dancers and as individuals is what drives her passion! 

I love Mrs. Tori! Her classes are always the highlight of my week. Her kindness and positive energy make every rehearsal very enjoyable! Her dedication makes her SUCH an amazing teacher! I am SO grateful for the impact she has made on me and my team!!

Miss Gracen

Miss Gracen began her dance journey at the age of 7. With her new found passion of the arts she jumped right into the competition circuit and started training intensely in all genres of dance. She is trained in Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Contemporary, Tap, Musical Theatre, Hip-Hop, Lyrical, Modern, Ballroom and Acro. She loves all genres of dance but her true passion is for Lyrical, Musical Theatre and Jazz.  She’s had the pleasure of choreographing and teaching at different studios all across the DFW metroplex.  Throughout the years she has been awarded numerous titles and acknowledgments from the competitive stage, both for her dancing and choreography. She has had the pleasure of working with many world known teachers & choreographers such as Travis Wall, Al Blackstone, Mandy Moore, Stacy Tookey, and many more. She has a heart for teaching and loves to see the light in a child’s eyes when they discover their love for dance! 

When she’s not dancing at the studio, Gracen is still entertaining and caring for children through the party entertainment company she founded; Reign Royal Parties.

Gracen loves being a dance instructor and is overjoyed in getting to know and love all of her students, and help them discover their passion! 

Ms. Gracen is an incredible dance teacher! She is so patient and nurturing and made my daughter’s first year of dance so enjoyable and fun.  My little dancer looked forward to class every week. She was great with the little ones. We absolutely love Ms. Gracen!

Ms. Sarah

 Sarah’s passion for dance started at the age of three, where she began studying ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary and hip hop. Throughout grade school, she entered the world of competitions and conventions, winning many awards and scholarships. She also served as a student teacher at her studio for hip hop.  She graduated from The Colony High School, where she was a four-year member of the Topcats Drill Team, holding leadership and dance positions for three years. Her dance team experience has expanded her style knowledge making her proficient in Pom, military, and kick technique.

Since then, Sarah has created a successful choreography business, teaching drill teams across Texas in preparation for football season, competitions and spring shows. She also serves as a dance instructor for Danceline Productions USA, and is a game day assistant for The Colony High School Topcats. 
Sarah strives to make every class a healthy environment full of positivity and growth. She is so excited to share her passion for dance with the students of All Out Dance Academy!

Miss Brianna

Brianna’s passion for dance began at the age of three. She danced competitively throughout grade school, earning numerous awards and recognitions for her performances. Over the years, she trained in a variety of styles and developed a lifelong love for performance and teamwork. During high school, she was an active member of her school’s drill team, serving as both Lieutenant and Captain. These experiences strengthened her skills in technique, precision, and leadership. Brianna continued her dance journey at Texas A&M University, where she earned her BS in Dance. Currently, she serves as the Assistant Director of the Eagle Darlings at Reynolds Middle School, where she shares her passion for dance with the next generation—fostering confidence, discipline, and creativity. Her goal is to inspire young dancers to push their limits and find joy in every step they take.

Ms. Barbara

Barbara grew up studying dance and musical theatre. Throughout high school and college she spent her free time acting, dancing, singing, choreographing and teaching the performing arts to youth throughout Orange County. College lead her to opportunities to work with an original chimney sweep, a former Rockette and a member of the Chorus Line conversations. She is the first graduate with an A.A. in Dance from Saddleback College and went on to earn a B.A. in Theatre from Cal State Fullerton. After college she spent nearly a decade performing and leading the dance ministry at Saddleback Church and continuing to act and direct in their drama ministry. Additionally she has over 100 credits working behind the scenes of stage and screen including designer of costumes, props and makeup, and directing and producing. After starting her family, one of her proudest accomplishments, Barbara was able to assistant direct, assistant choreograph, and take the stage as a swing in 3 different tracks in the West Coast premier of Magdalene: The New Musical written by Chris Eaton and Allison Allen.

Ms. April

April Mason, a former president of the Sacramento Area Dance Alliance, has been teaching children and adults since 1996. A graduate of Cedar Crest College with a Bachelor of Arts in Theater and Dance, Miss April, as her students call her, has been an instructor at several studios both in the Sacramento and Bay Areas including KM Dance Arts (formerly Krei Matthews School of Dance), West Coast Dance Arts, Aria's to the Pointe, and Fantastic Feet School of Dance. She owned and directed her own studio, the successful Premiere Dance in Rancho Cordova, for eight years. She has an extensive background in competition choreography and has coached several winning dance studio teams including her own students at Premiere Dance. She teaches tap, jazz, ballet, musical theater, and lyrical. Miss April has directed several productions such as Guys and Dolls, Annie, The Music Man, and Into the Woods. She has acted in many shows including Steel Magnolias, Carousel, Mack and Mabel, Julius Caesar, and Charlotte’s Web among others. Miss April also has over 30 years experience in the pageant industry as a director, contestant, judge, and titleholder having held numerous local, state, and national titles.

Miss April is a wife, mother, and former volunteer with Capital Therapy Dogs and Lend a Heart Therapy Dogs. She and dogs have visited senior homes, veterans, and special needs schools. Therapy dog work has been an important part of her life since 2014. She is looking forward to finding a new therapy dog organization to work with in Texas.

Ms. Brittany

Brittany’s love for dance started at a very young age and grew into a passion that brought the opportunity to travel the world and dance professionally as a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader, perform as a dancer on the Disney Cruiseline, and now teach dance and coach a cheer team at the Varsity level. She grew up in Mississippi performing in a show choir called Showstoppers with Lance Bass from *NSYNC. She was a member of the Mississippi Metropolitan Ballet Company where she performed lead roles like Snow Queen and the Arabian Princess in the Nutcracker as well as numerous other ballets.    She was a Tremaine yearly scholarship winner,  and enjoyed performing as a dancer under the direction of Mallory Graham at the Miss Mississippi Pageant. After dancing and cheering her way through high school, she worked as a UCA Instructor. Brittany attended college at The University of Mississippi and was a member of the Ole Miss Rebelettes dance team that competed at Nationals yearly. After being chosen as an intern for Broadway Dance Center in New York City, she auditioned for the Disney Cruiseline and sailed the seas dancing in nightly shows and was “friends” with Alice in Wonderland. After marrying her high school sweetheart, Brittany took a leap of faith and auditioned to become a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader! Being a DCC was such a blessing and not only allowed her to perform for a packed stadium cheering on the Dallas Cowboys but the opportunity to travel to South Korea on numerous USO Tours and perform in the Bahamas, Mexico, China, Japan, and the once in a lifetime chance to travel with the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staffs on a tour to Afghanistan, Qatar, Italy, Germany, and even land on an aircraft carrier in the middle of the ocean! She has performed with many artist including the Jonas Brothers, Keith Urban, Daughtry, Enrique Iglesias, Pitbull, and Tim McGraw. She was voted as “Rookie of the Year”, “Veteran of the Year”, and the ProBowl Cheerleader for the Cowboys. Brittany cheered for four years as a member of the show group and was a group leader for the DCC! She wrapped up her DCC career as an All-Star and taught prep classes for those interested in auditioning. She is the proud mom of three kiddos and currently enjoys spreading her passion for dance by teaching and coaching cheer!

Miss Kailyn

Kailyn began her dance journey at 11 years old, and was invited to join the competition team a month after starting dance classes. During her competitive years, she won numerous scholarships, competitions and was a 2 time title holder for Dancearchy and Masquerade. At 14 years old, she joined Dance League a dance convention that was owned by the late Desiree Robbins and was a company member for 2 seasons.  Kailyn has been a dance educator for 9 years teaching various different styles, levels, and ages. She has also done choreography for competition teams and some professional shows, such as The Nutcracker, Cinderella, and Dracula. Kailyn started her professional dance career shortly after graduating high school. Some of her professional accomplishments include guest artist in ballet productions, feature artist in music videos, and backup dancer for Mario Aguilar.

Ms. Kim

Kim’s lifelong passion for dance began with competitive training in jazz, ballet, tap, contemporary, lyrical, and acro. She received scholarships to top national conventions including NYCDA, Tremaine, Spotlight, LADF and West Coast Dance Explosion.  In high school, Kim led her drill team as squad leader and competed and won the title of Miss Drill Team Utah. She went on to dance in college at Brigham Young University as a Cougarette, where her team became 3-time National Champions.  With over 15 years of teaching experience, Kim is known for her focus on proper technique and building confidence in every dancer she works with. Her teaching style blends discipline with encouragement, helping students grow both artistically and personally.

Outside the studio, Kim is a proud mom of three active kids who keep her cheering from the sidelines at volleyball, basketball, and soccer games.

Ms. Lexi

Lexi is a highly experienced dance educator, choreographer, and artistic director with over 20 years of teaching experience and 36 years of dance training. She has directed and taught at numerous prestigious studios across Utah and Texas, specializing in technique, jazz, lyrical, ballet, and character. Lexi is known for fostering strong technical foundations and confidence in her students.  In addition to her extensive teaching background, Lexi  is a seasoned professional dance competition judge, having adjudicated events throughout the western United States. Her passion for dance education is matched by her commitment to creating a positive, inspiring classroom environment where dancers can thrive and reach their highest potential.

Ms. Andrea

Miss Andrea has been dancing since age four. She began with ballet, tap, and jazz, but a teacher noticed she excelled at ballet and she was asked to join Maryland Youth Ballet, where such principle dancers as Julie Kent and Susan Jaffe trained. At Maryland Youth Ballet, Miss Andrea had the opportunity to dance almost every role in the Nutcracker, including Clara, Snow Queen, Flower Queen, Arabian, and Spanish.  She’s danced in Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, and Midsummer’s Nights Dream.  Miss Andrea has also performed at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC with the Stuttgart Ballet, The Royal Danish Ballet, and Pacific Northwest Ballet. She’s danced in many contemporary pieces around the DC area as a teenager and even has been written about in the Washington Post for her exceedingly beautiful poignant movement performance in a modern piece. Miss Andrea wishes to pass along her passion for classical ballet and dance to her students as well as share her technical expertise. Her favorite ballet and choreography is Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet.
